I stopped in to buy a bottle of Coke and noticed when I looked at my receipt that they had charged me extra when I went back in and ask for an explanation they said that that price was only good if I had a pilot card. Thanks for charging me extra thanks for not telling me you guys suck.

I'm giving this place one star but I would give it minus 100 stars if I could simply because of the fact that when I was at this Flying J, the men's bathroom was WAY BEYOND DISGUSTING! There were feces all over the stalls, snot and boogers and all kinds of used toilet paper completely littered the floor. Every other man trying to use the bathroom was absolutely shocked and appalled by this and I was certainly not the only one who was speaking out about it. On the way out, I noticed the manager just standing there and I thought about telling him but I decided instead to contact the health department because the Flying J Corporation needs to be held accountable for this.  This is BY FAR THE GROSSEST BATHROOM I HAVE EVER BEEN IN AND LOOKED LIKE IT HAD NEVER BEEN CLEANED!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE THIS IS HOW DISEASE IS SPREAD. YOU CAN EASILY GET VERY SICK FROM ABSOLUTE AND UTTER FILTH LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my favorite Pilot. This must be the busiest Pilot in the area. But yet the staff,  Cindy, Matte and Nate are the bestest!! They handle the crowds so great. I was in the store and some old bat said the store was dirty. Well if you picked up after yourself maybe it would be better. I saw the same woman drop a napkin on the floor and not pick it up. So kudos to these ladies and gentlemen. They are always friendly, always have a smile and always have a kind word for everyone. Thanks for doing a killer job!!
