It had a beautiful lake and had a cool breeze. It was the perfect picnic spot and there are many things to do there.

Such a beautiful campground!  You can conveniently buy ice and wood at the gate.  Close to walmart.  Any site you canp at will have stunning lake views.  Perfect to fish from the shore.  Clean swim area.

Our favorite RV and water access in flower mound. So close to the business areas, but still nicely removed from them. The dayuse area has pavilions and benches at the water.  Stand-up paddleboard friendly.

Didn't like sharing the hicking trails with horse riders, who by the way expect you to get out of their way forcing you off the trail into poison ivy etc. Not to mention the horse apples they drop on the trail.

Nice, cozy RV park.  Lots are large, flat, and level.  Most have water access.  Showers and restrooms are in the center.  There is a playground for the kids.  Reasonably priced.
