1.  The parking is blind side and that really s-cks!
2.  The outside parking area and around the building is  full of trash, smells, and poor lighting.
3.  As always at Pilots and Flying J, they never have enough help!  
4. Not one shower was clean and ready for customers. Though, the nice lady working behind fuel desk "Did not get her name"  went and cleaned a shower for me and my wife.  Thank You.
As for the one star!  This place has to be one of worsted pilots ever!
Though pilots have been putting in new stores that are great! Most are in the upper med-west, so the farther south you go the worse they get!!!!
Hint-Hint!!!!  You guess why!!!

P.S. why is it that your fuel prices are so high? When the none truck stop fuel stations are lower and the mom and pop places are cheaper?

I was in here Thursday evening for fuel, kind of a bad day, and I wish I would've gotten her name, but the lady who gave me my fuel receipt asked me if I sang. That blessed me so much that she saw a gift that I had, she looked beyond the physical appearance, and that I was just a trucker and she made my day better because of the great attitude she had. She didn't have to do that, but she said what was on her heart, and I saw God today. Thank you

Location is hard to get in & out of. Subways prices are by far the highest in memphis.  When I am bobtail or have a pup trailer I go to the Winchester & Kirby pkwy subway much nicer employees & lower prices. Water pressure in the restrooms is ridiculous takes forever to get soap off your hands. I Wouldn't spend the night here, too much crime in the area other than that it's about like any other pilot

OK so I should you have a fair review of this place while I don't stay here because it's in a high crime area the employees that work here are actually really nice people. The CATScale app did not work for me the last time I was here however it has worked in the past. This is also a high traffic area so it will be busy at all hours of the day and be sure to padlock your load secure before taking a break here. I didn't see anything wrong with the place other than the fact that I just don't like the location. To each their own you decide but overall the store itself was OK.

Average Truck Stop but 2 stars for all the garbage around only 1 sink was working. Courteous staff afternoon shift
