The place is small and the service is extremely slow. The manager does not help other and is very loud talking to the staff. When I was there only 1 girl was working while another one walk around and the manager did the same. The parking lot is very uncomfortable to park just because the pumps are right in front of the parking's that are side to side.

If I could have given this place 0 starts I would have. Ghetto as hell. Everyone who works there is extremely rude. There are literally like 9 spots to park and anybody who has EVER been to a truck stop knows trucks park wherever they can(like along side the scale and in yellow cross hatch areas) not bothering anybody or in anybodys way but the ignorant fake cops kick people out even when there is NO SIGN THAT SAYS NO PARKING. I dont know what truck stop they think they are running but this place is more of a gas station than a truck stop. Place is a joke and I will be manually removing this from my gps because they do not deserve anyones business. The subway was disgusting, flies flying around everywhere. The showers were small and gross, werent cleaned well at all, and they wanted me to remove my hood(in the winter) for security reasons BUT allowed hobos and thugs with their pants at their knees to hang around inside. Big stain on Charlotte, NC. Big stain.

If you visit this store MAKE SURE YOU COUNT YOUR CHANGE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I visited this store and cashed a com-check to pay for gas. Upon leaving, I noticed I was short changed by $10. I called back and the lady that short changed me answered. She was adamantly sure that she didn't short changed me and told me to call back after they counted down the drawer. Conveniently for them, it was right and I never got my correct change back.

You know... It is what it is. No real problem for a decent driver who can drive n park well. Its small but if it's late you won't find a spot. Period. Subway can be busy not just drivers go here. The strip club has better food choices. But you have to walk over. Lol. Oh if you do come there after 2pm to midnight just park on the shoulder of highway (4 corners) you will have to walk. Showers are small. Staff have their own way of dealing with drivers cop on site at night, the cute girl with the boy cut was nice great smile. But guys don't bother. Ladies she is available.. I think. Morning crew is okay one lady was a little annoyed but so what. Cops are cool just be professional. Saw no bums dealers or lizards there, is reserved parking so call ahead.

The manager Crystal is rude and trashy like the truck stop. There is one pump down with yellow tape. I pulled up to a pump where right side handle was on the ground so you could not start pump. Instead of directing drivers away from pump to avoid confusion on top of the backup. The mgmt. Crystal went out twice to chase people.out of reserve parking spots. She told me she was the only one capable of putting yellow tape around this pump. I was their 30 mins when a worker was trying to contact some one to help with the situation. There are comes sitting on the side that she could have told someone to put there.. She thought it was best to argue with me from across the room about the yellow tape around a different pump.. Never will go again and the many drivers I know and train I will tell them not to go to that small dirty rat hole.
