I can now say I've been ignored by the best. How you can have so many people working and still get no service I'll never know. I finally left my stuff at the register ( yes it was open) and left.

this is not a big city pilot.and also a border area,too. parking enough for trucks.showers are too small. shower is good for a skinny person.unfortunately,if you r double in size then good luck to you because you cannot  turn around easily. this is the worst part here.customer service is excellent always helpful. very interesting thing about food here is that believe me the items like shrimps and  taryaki and several others i have never seen on any other pilot or flying j.store is full of variety and very busy.all those regular traffic coming from mexico,for them this is their favorite stop.keeping in view the volume of passengers and truckers  there, washrooms are not enough.only 3urinal and 3toilets so keep in mind the waiting time. because of excessive use it gets dirty quite fast and untill no one informs them ,they don't pay attention to clean it.overall this area is conjusted.unfortunately,no one takes pain to inform them. Also there is a driver's lounge,which is good to eat watch and spend extra time.All basic needs are available here.thanks

Nastiest showers I've used in quite some time. Floors were soaked/filthy. Shower was SCALDING hot and barely worked above a trickling spray ( think finger over the end of a garden hose on blast. To the ladies, beware. There is NO inside lock....Can't wait to leave
