The Wendy's inside is usually always a positive experience. The actual Pilot store on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. They had one register running for a line snaking through the store. The cashier was rude and unsmiling and ghetto. The shower was dirty, so thankfully I always wear shower shoes. The water pressure was up and down constantly. The ladies bathroom was dirty. I never saw a manager, so I'm guessing they fired a bunch of folks and haven't bothered to hire more people. They need to do something because this is my first bad experience here and it's a busy busy truck stop. Edit to 11/13/17::: Still 1 star. The ladies room was disgusting. There was an oily sheen on the counter tops, so you had to clean the vanity and sink before using it. Thanks for leaving the cleaning supplies out for me. *sarcasm* The coffee area was dirty and they only offer whole milk or half and half in the cooler machine. No vanilla creamer, so I skipped. Didn't spend a dime here. Will sleep on the ramp next time since management is too lazy to whip their employees into shape.

Going west I tend to forget about this Pilot. I'm glad it's here. There seems to be a lot of regular customers. The Wendy's is great! Lots of room to have lunch. Stretch out. Take naps. Just kidding. The Pilot store is small but, I really only buy candy and antifreeze. It has those. Yep.

Cant get a decent cup of coffee here anymore. I guess the new management doesn't regard customer satisfaction as much as his bonus.

At Wendys, my sandwiches were ok, but these were my fries. Supposed to be a large, and they were so undercooked and almost raw it was absolutely disgusting.

One of the worst Pilots I have seen in along time. Can’t find anything good to say about it. The Wendy’s employee actually stuck his hand down the bck of his pants and scratched his ass, and went back to work in kitchen without washing his hand.
