Good selection and service inside. The only drawback is the limited space outside. Not a lot of spots... okay for four-wheelers but not much space to maneuver a semi. Be warned.

The absolutely worse station for any vehicle towing anything or a motorhome of any size. There is nowhere to turn out, once you get in your stuck.

First off some of you truckers are clearly crybabies. Not all but Definately some. And those are the ones that always find something to complain about. And not take a few moments to find out what may be going on first before crying like they do. Usually the same ones that go to places like pilot j with chips on their shoulders, and looking to push the workers around. Complain about a little wait on the shower. One maintenance person per shift. With quite a bit on their plate to do besides showers. So if they hung out at showers all the time waiting for them to open and get them clean immediately, they would never get anything else done and be held accountable for it. Not to mention getting very little if any help from anyone else there. So with maintenance more or less being spread on thin, and having to be ready to be called to go anywhere at anytime, you might as well expect to have a little bit of of wait sometimes. The same ones that clean the showers are the same ones you see at diesel island and gas island changing trashbags. Cleaning fuel spills because some of you are not paying attention to what you're doing.replacing nozzles and hoses because for whatever reason it's above your head to make certain to hang it up instead of driving off with it. The frequent cleaning in the restrooms because of some of you uncouthed retards. Among other things maintenance workers have to do there. Which again being one man crew. And let's not forget there are also those that like to spend close to 2 hours in those showers too while others are waiting to get in there. That's some of the reason for your waiting too. Your fellow truckers are also causing some of that waiting. But you don't have anything to say to them about that, do you ! Nope you want to try and push the workers around in there. Expecting them bow down to you as you seem to expect others to. Why because you drive those big trucks?  Hate to be the one to bust your bubble but you're not as big as that truck you're driving. And nobody is intimidated by you. Those people at pilot j are not there for you to take your problems out on. Oh and sometimes for those of you doing that crying, it may not be an accident that the maintenance worker seems to be a little slower getting the showers done all of a sudden.
