This new PILOT in Santa Rosa NM is great. Nice parking for trucks and cars. Clean and easy to great to. The staff was professional and made us feel welcomed. They asked and wanted to help us with anything we need. My wife and I took a shower here after 3 days on the road. The showers are large, clean, and handicapped assessable. They shower attended seen us and stopped what he was doing and asked if we needed additional towels and we did. He got them right then. Thank you... So for a quick stop for just about all you need PILOT was great. If you need to stop your big truck and you want a motel there are a couple right across the street.

clerk that charged me was a jerk she was just rude, the young man setting up the p.j fresh lunch items was very friendly. the fresh pretzels are awesome! I got a plate of pot roast, Mac and cheese and green beans. you never expect food in a fast food setting is going to be that good but it was actually really good.

Hands down on of the worst pilots . Have stopped here approximately 15 times in last 2 months . Fuel no problem . Have stopped by Annie's every time to try the pretzel dogs they never have any ever. Stopped by last week got 2 subs one steak for hubby , shredded chicken for me. Hubby's was fine mine was so sick I feel like I was used as a punching bag by Mike Tyson. Stupid me stopped in again today thought I'd go for the deli instead, no food and it looked like a tornado went thru there. Extremely messy and dirty. Bad management!!! Last time !! Will get fuel before I get here and drive right on by

The shower was awesome. Spacious and clean. Great water pressure. Also I felt pretty safe taking a nap in the car in their parking lot. Saw the police roll through a few times which was nice.

Don't ever eat at the auntie Ann's inside.. their food is not that great and most of the time they get the order wrong... I don't kno how you screw up the difference when someone asks for pretzel dogs instead of bites... but sure enough they mess it up... if they don't mess up the order they re probably closed or they ran out of what you want...
