it has a lot of seat outside and parking space. Bathrooms are clean. Coffees are always hot even if they have to clean trash more frequently. Food is warm and cozy and have great selection and they have a nice corner with chairs where you can seat and eat I like the new tumblers they have. Pumps are clean and new, so pumping is pretty easy and quick. Music is always right volume and nice fountain drinks and swirl are always pumping! beer section is huge

Very convenient, 2 locations located right off I-75. Super easy access to the freeway. Gas prices are very reasonable, store is very clean, lots of drink and snack choices. Restrooms were clean, but a bit on the rundown side (could use some new paint and tile). There was a baby changing station in the ladies room. Parking lot is a bit small for how busy they are, not a whole lot of room to maneuver if you park and go into the store. If you're just stopping for gas its a whole lot easier getting out.

Very big outside with good parking in both Pilots. There one in front of the other. So you can see that one of them is brand new. Very friendly staff with a clean environment. Theirs a Subway inside to have a quick bite to eat. Not many variety inside kitten eat has a regular hot dog and coffee stand. Overall good place for a quick stop.

IF I could give a 10 star rating I would. I was able to return a purchase I had made at a Pilot in Ohio easily. Doug the GM we very nice and accommodating. Here is where it gets 10 stars though. After returning my purchase I took my little one to the bathroom. I didn't have my purse on me so I set my wallet down on top of the toilet paper dispenser. As your by now guessing, yes I left it there. Drove the remaining 3 hrs home and didn't realize it until the afternoon of the next day. I immediately looked up the gas station and called. Doug the GM answered. He remembered me right away and said he would take it to the post office after his lunch break and overnight it to me, saving me a 6 hr round trip drive. Im so grateful for the staff members honesty that found and for Doug's generosity to take the time to go mail it.

Good spot to stop for snacks and fuel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The showers are a small stall, but big room. The water runs all together so when someone else flushes you get scalded.
