The people at Subway were making sandwiches with bare hands. The bathrooms looked like I would get hep C from it. There was a gas spill and they just let it drain instead of taking hazmat precautions. When the manager on duty was told she stood there with a what do you want me to do look on her face. There was so much oil built up I almost slipped several times. It was very poorly maintained and IF I can help it I will never be back.

Subway staff is rude. Staff in general is rude. Truck parking is minimal. Bathrooms were not clean. Good luck will remember not to stop at this one again.

430 A.M. The place is a filth-hole. Showers empty but not available until after 6:00 restroom was filthy, no paper towels, toilet paper covering the floor, coffee area was a complete mess. I'll buy my fuel at another truck stop where the manager and employees have pride.

Parking area is small and hard to park in when it gets some trucks in it. Nothing special about the rest of it to make me want to stop here again.

This pilot is currently under construction remodeling due to the flood living in Denham we were hit pretty hard and a lot of places on the same road that we are on were hit pretty hard as well. I for one am very thankful that this facility is opened to be able to help people out who have lost everything. When times are hard it's good to know that we have this great place opened right now to be able to help. THANK YOU PILOT TRAVEL CENTERS IN DENHAM SPRINGS!!
