Whoever is cleaning these showers needs to be retrained. Learn to take out trash, sweep, mop, clean toilets, clean the shower, etc. It's not that hard, my 16 year old who hates cleaning could do a better job. There isn't much drivers ask for: a clean bathroom and a clean shower is basically the only things we ask for. If that is too much for Pilot/Flying J employees to comprehend, then the company needs to fire and hire competent, hard-working, clean employees and give them adequate training to do their job properly. I was raised to do the job right the first time or don't do it at all. Cleaning a shower doesn't mean take a damp/wet towel and mop the floors and shower with your feet. Get off your duffs; get a mop with cleaner/bleach and cleaning agent and clean the damn things right. This is the second negative review in a week for the very same thing. It's time management and/or Pilot/Flying J corporate take these issues serious. This is ridiculous.

ROAD TRIPS MADE EASIER: it's always great to find one of these when taking a long trip; although they cater to our true road warriors the long and short haul drivers that are frequently on the roadways on a regular basis ... part-time road warriors are more than welcome. Seek these out if you are traveling along long stretches where the typical convenience store/fueling station cannot be found. Makes a good spot for refueling both your body and vehicle; not to mention it also has those hard to find but unique tools for your tool box even if the majority of tools are for the "big trucks" there are items quite useful to the everyday "handy person" .

Dirty shower rooms. There was piss on the toilet seat and the floor in front of the toilet. Mirror was dirty and it just looked like the employees threw fresh towels in the shower room and didn’t clean. First pilot/ flying j I have ever had a problem from. Just disgusting.

Parking area clean and ample parking for cars and 18 wheelers. Store is clean and well maintained. The customer service is not exceptional. About average. Plenty of selection to choose from but can be a bit pricey for the area. Gas prices are about average compared to others in the area. Pumps and surrounding area is well lit. It also has a Arbys restaurant with drive thru option. The food is fresh and tasty but a tad expensive for sandwiches. Large menu selection. Large dine-in area which is usually clean. Be prepared for a longer than average wait for fast food. The service in the restaurant during the morning hours is fair but after 2pm you can have an entirely different experience when the much more relaxed and less contentious shift begins.

Visited on December 23rd~Great Staff, Clean store, Arby's was great & made the sandwiches nice & phat~Thanks dude in the back -efficient,helpful & friendly staff around the whole place -great experience! -I don't usually give 5 stars,but this one deserved it today/tonight.
