Founded as a single gas station in 1958, Pilot Flying J today is North America's largest operator of truck stops and travel centers, which include Pilot Travel Center locations. If you are a tired driver expecting a warm welcome... you won't get it here. Especially if Wynette is working. My husband and I have NEVER encounter such negativity in our dealings with Pilot or Flying J!!!! Perhaps she would do well working in a slaughterhouse where manners are not a requirement. And though there was a line up the young fella behind the counter was too busy playing on his phone to notice. The showers were clean but the water pressure was non existent. After the third water burn I resorted to a cool shower. I don't know who manages this place but perhaps they should hire a plumber. If the pilot were responsible the shower attendant should be given the management position. She exhibited excellent customer service skills. Now go review your schedule for March 25 2017 and make some much needed changes. We won't be back!!!

Small and kinda' TIGHT parking for big rigs. Showers are nice and convience store is pretty well stocked. (Except they don't carry antifreeze). And the manager was no help at all. But overall, it's an ok truck stop.

I always try to stop at a pilot they are always clean and friendly. This one was the total opposite all trash cans out side were full parking lot littered with trash and the restroom needed serious attention.

Very helpful and friendly manager, subway was crazy busy around lunch. Nice pitstop !

I thought there would be more parking, lot was very cramped when sun went down. Also didn't have a can opener, wanted to cook the chilli in my truck, but forgot my can opener!
