Wow, I will never stop here again.  The one agent with the curly hair was very snarly and does not have good customer service at all.  It is a shame that people of color has to be so rude, if you don't like the public than find another job.

Jeff Williams was extremely nasty, condescending  and just down right rude. My experience there was pleasant until my encounter with him. The employees were excellent.  Maybe the store associates can assisy in  training  the manager on how to provide excellent customer service as he clearly doesn't understand how to do so.

Great customer service. Clara, I beleive thats what her name tag said, really brightened my day. Her smile and words make a bad day much better

This is a great Pilot! Probably the best old Pilot out there. They do a lot with a run down old building and small location. Not a knock just a fact. Grounds manicured/mulched nice, staff is friendly, etc. My only gripe is and I thought about whether it's fair to deduct a star for this is location - getting out is a PAIN in the butt sometimes. In the end I think it's a fair rating. If I could give it 4.5 stars though I would.
