It's been alright in the past, which is the only reason I'm not giving it 1 star, but some of the employees that I've interacted with lately are worse than clueless. One of them gave me such a small portion of the pot roast (you'd think it was small even if you'd never gotten it before, but I knew what to compare it to!) that she must have thought it had truffles to cost what it did. Management has possibly suffered, too, because it was barely 6:30 and they were out of "premium food." Also, out of sides entirely. I've been there significantly later before and all was well.

this is the worst place ever you cant even get all pumped fuel diesel people parked everywhere poor management People sleeping on a pump People post their trucks in the middle go home

I asked for fuel for my tractor and refer. The clerk asked for my tractor and trip# but not my refer# so I asked her "don't you need my refer# also" and she said no, just don't hang up the pump and continue to full up both tractor and refer. I said no, I suppose to hang up the pump when I'm done with the tractor and then do the refer. She said no and repeated herself again. I knew it was odd but I went and did it like she said do it. So I called my company and they said it never suppose to go that way. There's no way to know how much refer and how much tractor fuel you spent. So I talked to a clerk and the manager and they acknowledged that she told me to do it like that but didn't admit that that was the wrong procedures. I hope I never have to stop there again ;-(

Not a travel center rather; it's a gas station that sells diesel. This fuel station is there just to push diesel sales, not to comfort OTR truckers. Next time I will take picture to show you the parking lot that's worst than any other truck stops that I have seen all month 😥
