This place is pure BS and a total disgrace to all the wonderful pilot centers I've been to. Pilot really picked a terrible location for their business. There's like a total of 8 parking spots for rigs and its pretty much a free for all with the truck parking. Its a park where ever the hell you can fit type of place. There's no showers. This place is so dirty. I swear you'd think you're in Newark. There's no food other than hotdogs and bacteria nachos. The employees look and act like they're homeless. It's astounding how damn rude they are, then again, it is north jersey. Go somewhere else for your health and sanity.

Yo! I had to park cross the street cause of the lack of parking,with out over nigh parking it's just a great place to shop.

As a former manager at this location, I can comfortably say that your personal experience is far from guaranteed. Let's begin by lowering your expectations. No showers. No restaurant. No place to sit. Almost no rig parking. Now the positives? Good coffee, cheap gas, no fee for cashing your quick checks, etc. The bathrooms are usually clean (but when they aren't, expect emotional scaring) There are a lot of factors in play when you visit this pilot. But hey, it's a freaking truck stop. It's also in a very safe area, so at least you'll make it out alive.

Great price on gas cash or credit especially coming from NYS. Not as big as other Pilot stations nationwide but worth stopping for gas.

I prefer pilot to any other truck stop. The bathroom had only 1/3 working toilets. Also, the way the soap dispensers are makes it hard to get soap out. There is barely enough room to fit your hand under there. You can use the cherry pumice soap easily, but it leaves a funny film on your hands.
