The receptionsest aren't informative or attentive at all. The fact that you have to speak up loadly through glass window and are not sensative to the fact that they are Sharing and discussing personal information. Also expect to spend your whole day there they occasionally turn people away and don't give alternative or suggestions what to do next. Your just another number and the fact they always lose your information is annoying. 

Great they provide the services they do for the general public but at least be more engaging With you patients.

The ticket u pull never go in order I was 2nd person waiting I been in the lobby for over an hour and there are numbers being called after mine. Don't even bother make an appointment u will still wait a full day.

The front desk staff could care less about you. They're just interested in when their lunch break is and when they can go home. They're rude. When you try to talk, they'll talk over you. They dismiss anything you say to them. They're literally there to clock in then clock out and get paid for it. They don't care about your time. Let me jot down my most recent experience. There have been other bad experiences. The other PC health departments are exactly the same too. 
   I called ahead just to make sure they were providing my services that day. Then I asked what time I should be there to get in before their lunch our. They don't provide service from 11am-1pm. Perfect! Except I arrived by 10:30. Took a ticket. Sat down and waited as instructed. And waited waited waited..... finally I went up to the glass and asked if I was going to be waiting until 1 and they said yes. I began to say I wasn't told I would be waiting 2-3 hours and the lady wearing a Marilyn Monroe shirt talked louder interrupting me and kept repeating, " we are not taking anyone until 1".  She said this 4 times and nothing more. Not even a careless/ forced "sorry". I got upset. I'll admit to making a remark about the service being awful then walked out. I came back at 12:30pm. Waited my turn patiently with a better attitude. Was asked to renew all the required paperwork. Which could have been done while I waited the first time but I wasn't even acknowledged because they just wanted to get to lunch as quick as possible. The lady wearing Marilyn Monroe on her shirt kept staring at me. Daring me to come up and complain about anything. So I sat quietly. After finally making it to the back for my services around 1:30pm, I asked where I made a suggestion. Online? On paper?  They told me they provide nothing. Not the MA's fault unless she was lying so I said ok. I participated in a U of A survey they had someone there doing. It was for an HIV drug. I was happy to help in any studies that could help the future of HIV studies. After everything was done at about 2:15pm. I waited in the lobby until 3pm to check out and to be asked if I'd like to make another donation. I did not make a donation this time although I usually do since they discount my services usually because of low income. Government provided that to me. Which I'm grateful. However, the employees they hire to assist in getting patients checked in and out are extremely rude. I'm thanking my own strong patience for this one. If I could go anywhere else I would. If I didn't need the services, I'd never step foot in this place again. If you don't come to work with a good attitude, you'll never go further or earn more. You'll be stuck where youre at with nothing but your bad attitude. Sorry for grammar or punctuation errors. I wrote this quickly on my phone.

Don't bother calling to make an appointment. Even with an appointment and being one of 3 people in the clinic it still somehow took 2 hours to be seen.

My girlfriend has been trying to get birth control from this place like she usually does and all the employees would either hang up on her or give her a wrong phone number. So they have terrible staff I suggest not going to this place for business. They'll waste you're time and take your money
