I called to request to talk to a office manger was told there was not one and the doctor rather handle complaints. I told them that was fine since it was regarding how a office staff treated me. The font office lady said she could try and handle it. I again said no thank you I rather talk to the doctor about it.. she then said fine and hung up on me dry rudely. So a few mins later I get a call from the office thinking it one of the doctors. I tell her what going on only to find out at the end of the call that it the other front office girl trying to handle it and had an excuse for everything and didn’t seem apologetic to my issues. I fill this is shady since I am sure the doctor will not be told about it and nothing going to still be done. Will not be going back to this office. I will not put up with be treated rude and the ignored when requested to talk to the doctor regarding my issue

I truly can't express how much I love bringing my children to Dr. Sophie and her team! Absolutely the best dentist in town, her way with kids and her professionalism is just outstanding. Nothing forced everything is done with patience and love, we will definitely be patients for life!! Thank you Pima Ped. Dentistry.

Such a fantastic staff! Not only did they help my children relax and become comfortable with their first visit to the dentist, they made it fun as well! Such a kid friendly environment, which is exactly what i was looking for for my children! Colorful dental chairs, stuffed animal pillows to lay on, character tooth brushes, toys, a "treat" bag..loved it there. Highly recommended this place.

Dr. Sophie Baird is the best pediatric dentist in southern Arizona. Her knowledge in pediatric dentistry is second to none and her staff goes above and beyond to make sure we are all comfortable at our daughter's appointments. She and her staff are thorough in their explanations and delivery of care. Scheduling is easy and the entire experience is pleasant and efficient. Whenever someone asks for a good pediatric dentist I always refer them to Dr. Sophie!

Wonderful, caring dentist! My daughter LOVES seeing Dr. Sophie! We always have a great experience and wouldn't take our daughter anywhere else!
