bad customer service ! no one answers phones no one gives you answers ....vote them out! can't believe someone actually has a job there....oh yeah...thumb twiddlers

I call and call for over a week now and the line is busy every single time. Frustrating.

After sitting through a list of phone numbers, their recording tells you to stay on the line to talk to a real person. I tried calling them 14 times today and every time it told me to wait for someone, it hung up on me.
Very professional.
Update a week later: Called 23 times today. No luck.
