A couple years ago they couldn't find my grandsons shots record - actually denied he had gotten them there. It was a mess! Very unorganized and everyone there plays the blame game. I think if you work there and its your day off they say it must be you're dept. Ridiculous really .changed my rating bcuz now they don't answer the fone
