If I could give negative stars, I would. I bought a truck from them back in 2014 and it was the absolute worst decision I’ve ever made. I had it less than 5 days and driven it less than 100 miles when the catalytic converter went out. Contacted them about what they could/would do, especially because I purchased an extended warranty from them, what a joke. They basically told me to go whistle. The “warranty doesn’t cover that”. Okay...how about being cool because I’ve had this less than a week? “Yeah...no. But you can buy the OEM part yourself through us AND pay 800 dollars in labor to our techs to install it for you!” What a bunch of swindling crooks. Used car salesmen aren’t all bad, I’m sure, but this place definitely lives up to all the stereotypes. Avoid at all costs, OR at the very least don’t spend one single penny more than just the car if you are a glutton for punishment and making bad decisions. In response to their reply: I will admit that if their staff list is accurate, neither people who made my experience horrible are shown as current staff members.

Myself and my family have purchased numerous vehicles from Pinckney Chrysler. We consider Dan and his staff to be the most courteous and professional group of people we have ever dealt with. The service is top notch and the customer service never disappoints. I highly recommend stopping by for a visit and giving them the opportunity to earn your business.

Positives: Comparable rates, great sales staff, financing staff, and owner. Dealership provided pizza, pop, and water while we waited. Staff helped me move my belongings from my old to new car. The issues that we had with the new car were scheduled for repair before we left the dealership. Very personable, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely return. Negative: Today when we came to the dealership - they were understaffed. It sounded like a perfect storm of employees unable to come to work for various reasons. They also forgot to show me the features of my new vehicle in detail - but due to the short staff, we were there late after the dealership closed, and i think everyone was ready to leave and go get lunch - around 4pm. Although we were there a longer wait time, and didn't get a full vehicle demo - it wouldn't deter me from going back to this dealership. I still give five stars for the overall experience.

I had a generally positive experience with this company. Erick seems like a genuinely good guy (which is a rare trait in car sales) and I would recommend working with him.

Andrew is a great salesperson to work with. He was prompt with numbers and attentive to our needs. We looked at and drove a few vehicles before making our decision. Very smooth process to turn in a previous lease and transition to a new one. The service department has also been very nice to deal with.
