Within 48 hours we had 3 offers. Pat is simply the best. Experienced, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very friendly. She has a great photographer and will plan with you to show the best of your home. Met with Pat, completed a few of her suggestions, then listed. Pat vetted our offers and gave us solid advice on moving forward. Communication was great from start to finish. After closing there was a small "issue" the buyer found. Pat went out of her way to make sure everyone was happy and treated fairly.

Pat is fantastic!  I have bought &/or sold several homes with her & have always had a great experience. When selling, she gives you excellent staging advice & the photos that she takes to advertise your home look professional & showcase your home to look it's best. With the number of buyers that make decisions on which houses to actually walk through in person, based on the photos they see online, Pat's excellent on-line marketing is priceless. 
When buying a home, Pat is patient & will show you as many houses as you feel necessary until you find that perfect one.  She will show you any home you ask her to, as well as finding additional homes to bring to your attention.  She will help negotiate the terms of your purchase & is especially skilled in this area. She will walk you through the inspections, appraisal & lending processes & makes sure that everything gets done on it's required time schedule. I WOULD RECOMMEND PAT LOTZ TO ANYONE, either buying or selling a home. Her experience makes all the difference!!

We recently sold our parents home, which had the potential to be problematic and atypical due to it being in a trust. However, working with Pat Lotz removed a lot of the issues and concerns.  We found Pat to be an extremely professional, personal, effective and competent realtor.  Plus she made things fun and enjoyable even when we had to deal with a few tough spots.  We would highly recommend Pat Lotz to anyone looking for a real estate professional! She is the best!

Pat understood the complexities associated with buying a house on the chain of lakes.  Found us our dream home and property  Than sold my old home quickly.  Love living lakeside.
