Pine Belt Veterinary Hospital and Kennel was established in 1983, and is family owned and operated by Drs. Lowell and Karen Rogers. The Rogers are joined by Dr. Sara Lott, Dr. Jennifer Sellers, and Dr. Kale Hatten and a caring staff of pet lovers. We offer a wide range of services for both companion and farm animals. At first I was very happy with them. And then phone calls and phone calls later and no return phone call. I got fed up with them and took my animal elsewhere. Turns out she needed surgery. But no I couldn't get them to answer a phone call or return a phone call and then when I needed the records for the new vet for surgery all they would send over are the vaccination records. Highly unimpressed will never take another animal there again. When I call to complain nobody seemed to really care, there was a insincere apology and basically thanks but no thanks.

Very busy first thing in the morning and evenings. The only vet I have ever used.

There are 5 Doctors in this clinic and all are very smart, caring, and skilled. I am very lucky to have them to rely on for my animals health care.

Unfeeling and never return my calls.  The vet tech also called Alyson as I am (she does not deserve that name) had no compassion and referred to my chocolate lab as "IT" instead of by her name or at least "your dog".  When I went there before with my other dog,  Dr Rogers was abrupt and condescending.  I do not know why I went back but for sure I certainly learnt my lesson today.  I will never return and will advise all my friends to never go there!

Dr Rogers is very sharp and caring. I know my boy is in good hands.
