Easily a new favorite! Proprietor explained his coffees and approach the first time I visited. The coffee (Middle State) was very lightly roasted. If I compare it to my usual medium-dark roasts, it tastes weird, but if I roll it around on my tongue and drink it slowly, it's delicious and complex. Just think of it as another genre of coffee. The feel of the place is trendy but retains wood elements that fit Pinedale well. The jet-black equipment is recessed into the black stone counter and efficiently laid out, allowing for quick service. Everything is out in the open and fun to watch. On top of all this, the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Update: You can sense my initial hesitation above, but back home in NYC, I find myself longing for another cup from Pine Coffee Supply! This place has got to be in the top few nationwide.

This is the best coffee anywhere. Period. Seriously, you wont find coffee within a thousand miles that is prepared with the thoughtfulness and focus on flavor as you will here. The espresso is awesome, but so is Cody's new experiment in "coffee shots" which will upend any notion you may have of what a cup of joe should taste like. The Gedeb /Ethiopian  is magically complex and delicious.

Visiting my daughter...I'm from Boise Idaho...great coffee shop....wonderful fresh pastries and coffee is delish...on the same scale as some of the top coffee shops in Boise..Pinedale is lucky to have this new addition....check it out. You won't be disappointed

Early morning search for Wifi and a quiet place to work hit a dead end when I found the library not yet open. Thank the coffee gods I stumbled across the nearby Pine Coffee Supply. I'd so far had a string of bad coffee experiences since arriving in Wyoming (hot coffee poured over a glass of ice IS NOT how you make iced coffee...), but the folks at Pine Coffee Supply know what they're doing. 

They source their coffee beans from Middle State Coffee in Denver, and have modern equipment and brewing methods to make a damn fine cup of coffee. Even have nitro cold brew! Beautiful open floor plan and an open garage door entrance to bring in the fresh air and good weather. Color me impressed.
