Pine Hills Church exists for the purpose of Glorifying God! This may sound like another Christian cliché, but the truth of the matter is we genuinely desire to live out 1Corinthians 10:31. Therefore, when you attend a Sunday morning worship experience you can expect that everything will be done with this in mind.
We strive to be a Gospel Centered church. The primary way we accomplish this is by focusing on Jesus! We believe he is the head of our church, the centerpiece of the Gospel, our Savior and the only one who is worthy of our worship. You can be certain that we unapologetically make it all about Jesus.
Additionally, we believe strongly in the power of the Holy Spirit. According to the Scriptures he is the one who brings unity to the Church (Eph 4:3), gives gifts to encourage and build up the body (1Cor 12), and glorifies Christ in the Church (John 16:14). Scripture teaches that when the Spirit is present there is freedom so we come with an expectation of freedom when we gather to worship.
So consider yourself invited to a church that glorifies God, elevates Jesus and depends on the Spirit to move. As we always say, Come Expecting!
