I had a fabulous time. The lake was beautiful, crystal clear, and so calming to my soul. We drove around the lake twice looking around at the different areas there are to camp and found Pine Point our favorite spot. I could not believe how clean all areas were around the lake. Even the areas where the cabins are located were well maintained. I cannot wait to return! 
Absolutely gorgeous and totally worth the 18 hour drive, from San Francisco! 😍 We will be bringing our entire family next summer! 🤗

Small, heavily wooded, campground with several lakefront sites and good access to the lake for all the other sites.

A little peace of heaven on the Vallecito Reservoir, well kept, quiet hours respected. Our GPS took us around the lake, no need for that, use the dirt road on the dam, it much faster and easier to access.
