I have lived here for 15 years. I raised my family here and it has really improved since I first moved in. There are alot of elderly people and quite a few young families. I enjoy the peace and quiet, most of the time.

It's a pretty standard mobile home park. Rent is reasonable as I understand it and the neighborhood is better than most.

Trailers are kept well. Some trailers are not. The grounds are kept nice.
