I usually go here in the afternoons before 7 and I was running late today and came hear at 8:50 to dry clothes and the lady told me that they closed at 9 even though it states last wash is at 9 and she had an attitude with me saying I can not come later than 8, she was really impolite and she yelled it in front of other people who were still washing their clothes, I been in this laundry but i always see a nice skinny old lady but today I saw this old  chubby lady and well I just don't like the disrespect they give us if we are paying to wash and dry our clothes

I showed up to this location and was met with angry stares of an older lady sitting at the desk, I got here at 8:36 pm only needing to wash a load of clothes bc when I looked up this location it stated last load washed at 9.. that is enough time to start a load and have them washed before 9.. the lady tells me through the locked door that she is closed, so I asked why does the door start last load at 9? I then told her that I only needed to wash a load not stay and dry them.. she again says she is closed.. I asked her are you really telling me that and that I can't wash a load? I can be done before 9.. and then she tells you can this once but don't come back here again... really? I'm sorry if you don't like your job or the hours then do something different.. yes I did say when I came in that it wasn't right to post one thing and do another.. and she said if I keep making nasty comments she would kick me out and I said you can't just do that if I haven't done anything to warrant that and she said she has the right to refuse service to anyone.. I have have worked in customer service before and am well aware of how that works but you can't just refuse service to someone because you want to close early.. so I get my clothes loaded and the machine is not working.. I ask her if the machine is broken and she snarks not that I'm aware of.. what is it doing.. I said nothing.. she comes over and rudely states that it doesn't wash on hot.. so can you not post a sign or something? She said I can give you your money back ( she already didn't want me here) and then pressed another water temperature... ok why did you give me an option of getting my money returned and then select something else... needless to say I will not be back to this place.. glaring at me and my son while we are here.. I am sorry my washer broke a couple days ago and I have no choice but to come and wash clothes for my family.. if this is how you treat customers I will make sure everyone knows how ppl are treated at this location.. so if a manger or some form of supervisor actually reads  this.. know how your customers are being treated..
