First time here and everyone was super accommodating, professional, and quick. I have a severe needle aversion and had to have blood work done, and the nurse was very patient and gentle with me. Dr. Nickel is wonderful and spends as much time with a patient as needed - no rushing out the door and attentive to what you are saying. PSRs and schedulers were fast and friendly. I haven't been to a doctor's office in years but will definitely be back to this facility for as long as I am in the area. Wonderful, 5/5 stars.

My husband is a patient at Dr Thornton’s office. The entire staff has been extremely professional. They are very easy to work with. The amount of empathy these people have is exceptional. I’m very grateful for their kindness and medical care they provide.

The doctor's office itself is fine, they have free wifi for patients, and the doctors are really nice. The thing they really need to improve on is answering their phone. I have been calling since January trying to get an appointment and either get a "sorry due to the amount of calls right now you will need to call at a later time." or I leave a message and they never call me back. I have called only when they are open, and have tried to vary my call times as much as I can. I really needed an appointment because of an allergic reaction I was having to medication, I ended up just having to stop taking it and having my condition worsen. I gave up and am having to go to a different doctor's office and start over with a new doctor.

Terrible experience.  Very poor attitudes, communications and an all around lack of concern.

Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff & physicians.
Along with the shortest wait- times I have ever encountered;  this includes visits with Drs. from 3 different specialties, labs and imaging services.
