Psta bus service is terrible. The buses don't stop for people at bus stops if it's raining. The number to call and complain doesn't even work. Such a rip off for the $70 they charge for a monthly pass. The buses are always late and the drivers need training on driving the correct speed so customers don't miss connections.

PSTA completely takes advantage of the fact that people need to get somewhere. It is a clandestine organization, seeking to harm people that are just trying to get somewhere. The only thing good about PSTA is motivating people to buy cars, rather than dealing with the slight torture of riding the bus.

They need to commence psychological testing for drivers as well as random drug testing. The behavior of many drivers is incomprehensible and erratic. In particular, the hostility of some drivers who pass you by at bus stops. Even with complaints this never changes. I hold management responsible for permitting these abuses. A few terminations will send a clear message to drivers to comply with the laws and policies and to refrain from imposing their personal feelings on patrons while using government resources as a tool to abuse people. What is this? The mafia?

I liked their transit system and they have free Wi-Fi on the bus.

Don't bother calling anyone for help from the North County Transit office, they just sit on their a** all day eating and collecting a check. They don't care if you're trying to get to a job, hospital, etc. They don't care to even tell you how to get places using their buses, completely unprofessional and useless as a service.
