Pines Presque Isle Family Health Center

First off, I'm not a Pines patient. I'm not against Pines- so take this input from an outsider looking in.
 I have been calling all morning trying to get some info from the Presque Isle Office. I have called more then 10 times from 8:00 AM  to 10:30 AM,  the phone rang and rang. No person, no machine. I was so frustrated. With Pines being a health office, one should only assume that they would have someone to answer the in-coming calls or at very least a recording of some sort to leave a message. What would have happened if I was a patient and I was having some issues with a medication, needed to cancel/make an appointment, What if I was Provider trying to get a hold of one of the Providers/nurses at Pines? I feel the convenience was not where it should be for patients. At least for the safety of the patients they should have some kind of  answering service. But that being said, when I finally did get a hold of someone in the office, they were very helpful, polite, and very understanding to my needs.
