Very very rude. I've tried 6 different times to do business with these people and didn't even come close. Each time I went right down the road to Cash America and they were as nice as they could be and we made a deal.  The people here talk down to you and no matter what it is that you have it's never something that they're interested in.

went in last week for the first time in almost two years to find out that my two favorite pawn brokers Quit ! Matt & Denise were the best when it came to customer service. very honest and helpful and made you feel welcomed in the store, not just a number.      The crew that is running it now is HORRIBLE!!  Customer service sucks !  the one older lady with light brown curly hair has a really bad attitude.  Store is very clean, prices are higher than I remember them, staff seems clueless and it looks more like flea market items in there now.   will NOT be back there again.  To many other places to choose from that treat customers better and are happy that you want to spend your dollar in their store. very sad.

Total crooks items cost more than they do new and if you have anything to sell they act like it's worthless! You will be lucky to get 10 percent of its used value
