Pros:
Clean, efficient, nice little massage and hot stone rub when you get a pedi.

Cons: This is definitely not a warm and friendly place if you're looking for a chatty and friendly experience. Sometimes I get the feeling that the employees think customers are inconveniencing them with their presence. As one customer notes, you definitely notice a difference between how white and Black and Hispanic customers are treated. I get that working with the public has its challenges, but I have only witnessed one instance where a customer was being weird and I have been going almost biweekly for two years now. If working with the public is too hassling, this might not be the line of work for everyone.

With that said, I'll be looking for a new salon.

Literally the night I got my nails done with shellac, the color chipped on three of my nails. I don’t believe they are using the real shellac colors, just charging more for regular nail polish. Also, they are not friendly people. I walked in and sat down for about 10 minutes before they even acknowledged my presence. They talked back and forth amongst each other (not in English) before asking me “what you want”. Like I’m literally trying to give you business because according to the reviews, you’re losing business and you have the audacity to be rude with your fake shellac!  Never coming back!

 Very clean, quiet place. Nice massage  chairs. The pedicure had an excellent stone massage. I also had a fill and my nails turned out great. They also give a hand massage during manicure and a neck and head massage while nails are drying. Very nice people.. Great place.

Racist . I Came In March 2nd to get a fill I heard they do everything by hand so I wanted to try . I was told by the owner they had appointments but they coul take me or my cousin so we agreed that I would get my nails done first . I sat down and got my nails filed for 1 hour and a half while two women who were “ appointments” came in 45 mins after and  we’re seen immediately to top it all off the last woman that came in the nail tech with the bubble on her lip grabbed my jacket purse and coffee from her station and moved it so the lady could get her “ appointed seat” needless to say if they communicated properly then they would not be having this issue the only reason the daughter of the owner apologized was because I posted a live video of the discrimination and she Came not even saying sorry for their actions but because they don’t speak English 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️ NEVER GO HERE SISTERS , We May Have to Cuss KimLee Out On albany Ave But they show more love than these women , they are rude and inconsiderate.
