based on the reviews, I thought I was going to have a nice time Tubing with my friends for the first time. Fast forward and it's now the most traumatic experience of my life due to their lack of safety measures. A direct quote from a lady we spoke to said there was not enough life vests to go around on a busy day and not everyone needs one. THAT IS FALSE. Having assumed she knew what was in our best interest, I proceeded down the river in my tube very quickly after I realized that nothing that she had said was true. There were parts of the river that were slow moving and shallow, but very quickly does it turn ominous and deep. Having been given NO instructions by our guide, we quickly found ourselves in serious trouble when  the current was too fast for us to handle. AFTER WAITING TO BE RESCUED, we found out this exact scenario happened the week before and resulted in the death of a person. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! will never go back or recommend anyone there !! you sign a waiver out of legal obligation but that doesn't mean that a business doesn't have to provide you with adequate safety gear and instructions that could have prevented our incident from happening and a person from dying the week before! Have tried calling and have had no response. Will be following up with them! BY THE WAY, if you find our phones, keys, wallets at bottom of lake please return BUT BE CAREFUL YOU MIGHT DIE TRYING

High priced and minimal options. Better off buying your own tube.

BE SAFE, PEOPLE! This is meant to be fun, but if you leave common sense on the bus, it won't be much fun. Bring at least 50 feet of rope to tie your group together. Believe me, you won't regret this. The water depths change quickly, so never dive into the water. Using a buddy system isn't a bad idea when getting off your tube.
As for Pinky's service: the tubes were great and the price was fair. Make a reservation in advance! It was a very busy day and the buses were running about an hour behind. I still recommend using their service for your river tubing excursion. Have fun and be safe!
