I found Pinnacle Accounting on the internet. I needed an accountant that was well versed in real estate investing, depreciation, etc., and other details in which I knew my previous accountant wasn't. Not knowing what to expect, I called and spoke to Jake and made the decision to use him. I can now say it was an excellent decision. The year before I used Jake I had to pay the IRS a little over $3300. Even though I had a little more income this year, Jake found an exemption for me because I am currently living overseas. Jake e-filed the return for me for a $2600 federal refund! Wow, what a difference a change in accountants can make! What can I say? Jake knows his business. I am very pleased and well satisfied.
We have been to multiple accounting firms in the past that took an unreasonable amount of time to file our returns. After submitting all of our records, Jake had our returns completed within a day. He was thorough and even walked us through what he did for us, why he did it, and offered suggestions on how to save some money on taxes for the next year. We will be going back to him and appreciate his professionalism and hard work.

My wife and I were looking for a CPA locally. We had a lot of trouble getting anyone to call us back from other firms. Seems like no one else is looking for our business. We found Pinnacle counting on Google. We called them and Jake answered the phone. He was very responsive and was quickly able to address our many concerns with our taxes this year. Jake personally works on your taxes and addresses your concerns directly. He is very professional and very knowledgeable of current tax laws. He tried his best to ensure we got all the credits we needed. He is our new accountant and look forward to working with him in the future. Even if we move, he will remain our accountant.
