What a waste of time.. I would stay as far away from this guys office as you can! Save your money, and either wing it yourself, find someone on CL (a better bet, or use some tax software, you will be far better off..I gave Jason everything he needed to prepare my return 5 weeks ago, less my mileage and maybe a couple other expenses because i didn't know what was truly deductible regarding a new at home business that I started last year, and still don't since Jason never offered a tax worksheet or offered any direction as to what was an acceptable deduction, so how could he insure he was maximizing my full return amount? In the end he blamed me and said I was asking for too much, really i thought that was your job?? This was a recommendation from another business that uses this guy as a vendor.. I am posting so that this doesnt happen to any of their future clients mistaking him for a stand up guy.. I of course notified them but not sure if they will do anything about it, since they gave me the false impression that he was the best guy in tax planning. I was told he was the best tax accountant/planner above your typical cpa, but in reality i have actually meet others who do far more for far less, and seem to care a lot more too, so yes not a good match for me or anyone else who actually wants to get their taxes done and work with someone who treats you with respect.. For your own personal fyi, I have never meet anyone as frustrating and unclear as Jason was in the tax arena, even the accountant that hit on me that I found on CL 2 yrs ago at least acted like he cared and was a heck of a lot more thorough then Jason.. I have never been treated like a 2nd class citizen because I had questions about my return nor have I ever been blamed for my return being prepared incorrectly, the amounts he came up with didnt even include the expenses I gave to him!! WTF? Hope you get the picture.. stay away
