I have been with Shepardstown/Pinnaclehealth for over 15 years.  They have always been outstanding.  Sometimes the wait is a bit, but if you are giving quality service to everyone, you are going to have a time or two that you might wait a few minutes.   Every Doctor I have been with at this group has been top notch.  I appreciate every last one of these professionals.

I have received EXCELLENT CARE from Dr Saha. I have multiple health issues which have proven daunting for some doctors,but she addressed each issue clearly and in a way I understood. If I have questions she has been available to address them in a timely manner. She has taken care of my prescriptions the same business day. 

What I like the most about Dr Saha besides her expertise and professionalism, is her compassion. She is the real deal and you can tell she cares about the field of medicine and her patients. 

I have also been greatly impressed by the nurse on phone call service they have. These nurses are very smart,absolutely wonderful,and a great boon to the practice!!!

Note: Review is not based on staff. Staff is friendly and helpful.  Over the past few years I have been very frustrated with Pinnacle Health.  Frustration started a few years back when my medical records where relocated to a offsite facility and not accessible when I go in for my yearly physicals. After Bowemansdale family practice was dissolved into this large hospital feeling practice it no longer feels as personal. Arrived for my appointment at 11:45, appointment being at 12 and wasn't taken until 1:15. Also Pinnacle sent me a letter threatening to ban me from their practice b/c I missed a appointment due to having to go to the hospital. They advertised having walk in urgent care and I walked in one day and they said they couldn't take me and scheduled me for the next day.  I ended up having to go to the hospital through the same company and they sent me a letter saying I was going to be banned from their practice.  Poor policies, monopoly in the area, and large practices are leading me to look elsewhere for healthcare.

There's a real problem if you're required to see a particular PCP but can't get an appointment when your kid is sick.  Oh, and the rude people answering the phones aren't appreciated either.  If you don't want to work in healthcare, find a different profession.

I am sitting currently in exam room waiting, my appointment is at 11 am..and I still did not get a chance to meet doctor by 12.30 pm..worst experience..doctors are good though...I respect Dr.Rubertone for her impeccable knowledge and easy to talk with.
