I have seen both Danielle Roberts and Joe Box. I saw Danielle after I suffered severe ankle sprain playing soccer in the rain and mud late October. She got me back to full health and playing soccer again for Spring season. She was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. I saw Joe Box because of the wonderful recommendation I got from Danielle about his talents with IMS needling. I tore a rotator cuff in my right shoulder and could not work out without pain in the joint. I had tried seeing other physiotherapists and did rehab on my own with rest and exercises with no luck. Joe was extremely professional, and very skilled in treating me. I do not like needles but IMS is quite different and uses much smaller needles than ones used for injections. On top of that Joe is so talented I could usually barely even feel them. After just 4 sessions with Joe I feel no pain my shoulder after working out and I can't thank him enough. If you need a physiotherapist - go to Pinpoint, they are amazing and also have very professional, polite staff as well. James Henderson

I was hoping to be wowed by the services at this clinic based on all the good reviews here. Unfortunately I was not. On the plus side Kari was pleasant and did give me some pointers on what I could do at home to assist with a long- neglected ankle issue. What I was not impressed with or expecting was the treatment plan outlined for future visits. I have been treated by what I would consider two excellent physiotherapists in another province who both worked so diligently to help with other issues I was dealing with, years ago. They both took a real hands-on approach, using physical manipulations, laser treatments, ice packs etc. ...at every session, in addition to providing several at- home exercises to work on. I left feeling relaxed, cared for and also that it would be beneficial to continue, after every visit. What I was told to expect at Pinpoint was mainly just reviewing my homework for $65, for each 30 minute session, on subsequent visits. I completely agree that doing exercises at home is critical to the success of any physio regime and I was willing to work hard in this respect. But when I visit any physiotherapist, I expect more than just short sessions to discuss exercises and gauge my at -home progress. Based on what Kari told me at my first appt. I was not happy or satisfied that it was worth my time or money to return for future visits. Perhaps I had just been VERY lucky with the therapists who had previously helped me, it was such a different experience. I only wish they weren't in another province. Unfortunately,I wasn't impressed this time and did not continue with any more treatments at this clinic.

I've seen both Amy and Joe and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them! The passion and enthusiasm they have for their job is truly amazing and it shows in each session we have together. I would highly recommend Pin Point Physiotherapy to anyone. The friendly front desk staff also make each visit a pleasant experience. I always look forward to going to my appointments. Thank you for all that you do! :)

I went through a few physiotherapists (at other clinics) before I found Joe at Pinpoint Physiotherapy. His combination of IMS and manual manipulation has really helped my lower back injury. He is extremely thorough, professional and well-educated. He genuinely want's his patients to get better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or the clinic anytime.

Emily was fantastic. She didn't just focus on my wrist, but treated the areas that were contributing to my pain. She was accommodating to my schedule, and I never felt rushed through an appointment. My wrist is feeling great now. She also dealt with WorkSafeBC directly.
