Very nice atmosphere, neat and clean, everyone was courteous. But if you bowl, know that they will shut your lane down when your time is up. We were on the last round I thought the would let us finish. Its a hard stop, no grace period
This would be such a great place to take kids, families, team outings, etc. We really do love the variety of games and all that there is to do. However, our experience today wasn't as good as it could have been due to the lack of staff or so it seemed. We came early in the day, even when it wasn't peak busy hours, but there weren't even enough staff at the attraction type activities like Bumper cars, Rock Climbing and the Ropes courses. We also tried to dine in the Café, and again, it was not busy. There were only about 5 tables seated. But we sat for over 20 minutes without being greeted at all or drink orders taken so we left. Totally understand that staffing is a big issue for many companies, but until they get it under control I can't see us returning. The amount of money we spent today and would have spent for lunch is no small amount so I can't justify returning until the staffing issue gets better.
We went to a birthday party and it was lots of fun, I don’t give them 5 stars because the pizzas from the party didn’t were on time and we need to wait for about 30 minutes. However the place is nice and there are a lot of activities for kids and adults.
I have visited this location 3 consecutive days in a row and the bar service has been getting worst on each trip., by the end of the week I will probably have to get my own order. The staff just walk by and don't ask if you have been helped or anything. I would think if you are sitting at the bar with no glass and or plates in front of you then assistance might be in order. Alex came and ask if I had been helped after I had been sitting for approximately 20 minutes. He was very helpful afterwards. I don't think it was his area, however there were several others that walked by and looked in my direction and never said a word. Good customer service equals $$$$$, bad customer service equals $, I will not beg for someone to take my money, I will just take it to where they want it. Spending $5.41 for a 16oz beer after waiting in excess of 10 minutes on every visit is not what I was expecting. No it is not that they were busy, other people received service promptly in the same area, guess I just have poor seating choice. Guess I will check out the bowling and gaming area, but the sign says Bowl Bite, guess drinks aren't included.
We had a great time at Pinstack! We did a VIP lane and had a blast - the space is a little snug with your neighbors, but all in all it was a fun time.
Here now...2pm on busy Saturday--spend $200 on cards for kids and ropes course is closed, laser maze took the credit but doesn't even work, climb wall had one kid it and now it's closed again for a break. Bumper cars is the only activity the can do and then play the games...some of which don't work. Only one air hockey table-always occupied. The other large table out of order. Such a disappoitment.
Has a wide array of activities for people of all ages. Did the ropes course and it was okay. Got a real kick out of the giant foosball table though. Next time I’ll have to try out the bowling and the food. Both looked great.
Overall an awesome experience but a lot of their game seem to need attention and I wish there was more hand sanitizer areas. There were a lot of fun games and would easily go back again.
Former employee but also someone who was a guest here quite often with my own family. The bowling machines are beyond ancient some are literally held together by tape in the back and frequently will jam up. This often causes a 10+ minute delay as lane attendants and maintenance alike try to figure out what is actually going on and trying to fix it if it can even be fixed. The food is exceptionally overpriced for what it is- you can find better food for cheaper elsewhere, just eat before you go. You will save so much money that way. Service is exceptionally slow, my last wait time there for my order to be taken was 15 minutes and I was 1 of 4 people on all of our 30 lanes and one of 3 who had actually ordered. The game room frequently has stoppages and breaks such as the Tomb Raider game, Laser Tag and Bumper Cars. Good luck getting onto the ropes course because that requires two staff members with certifications of which, generally only managers are and they are often elsewhere. The arcade cabinets are in somewhat adequate state, just expect the standard input lag. Also you cannot play all the arcade games with merely your points- anything that gives tickets costs more money you won't be told this when booking. The bar is actually not bad, but isn't always staffed. If it isn't staffed and you want a drink, expect up to 20 minutes worth of waiting not including getting the drink you want. There are better places to take your family to for a nice evening- I encourage you to look at a movie, anything over in the Colony or even just bowling at a different company.
Went for a nephews birthday party. Was a busy weekend day. Staff handled it well. Food was great. Drinks were cold. Kids had a blast bowling and playing the arcade games/laser tag. We frequent this place and will continue to.
