A friend in our group had her wallet stolen while sitting next to her purse during bowling. This place is not safe. It was really fancy inside but everything else about the place is awful. The employees are incredibly unorganized. We wanted to bowl and only 2 lanes were being used. They told us they couldn’t figure out who had reserved the other lanes so they couldn’t let us bowl. We waited over an hour before we could finally bowl. When we went to leave, they couldn’t even decide if our group had already paid or not. The waitress came to our table once and forgot about us. To order food, I had to walk into the kitchen to physically find a waiter. When I found a waiter, he rudely told me he wasn’t our waiter and we needed to find our waiter ourselves. They have bizarre hours for ordering. You can’t order food between noon and 3pm on a Sunday?? We had to wait till 3pm and then when I did get to order, it took them 45 minutes to make a salad. Wow. We were done bowling by the time the salad came out. It was not like the place was full of people, it’s just that the employees are useless. This place is just for show. I do not recommend this to anyone.

It's just pricey bowling, and for that it's just fine. You can also get pricey all you can eat food, but we opted not to do so. Just like most bowling alleys, they had drinks and I guess the inflated prices pay for the salaries of the table service wait staff. If you're dead set on going bowling in Georgetown, then certainly go here. Otherwise, it's worth the drive out of the city to do since less expensive bowling elsewhere. It's a real shame the GW alley shut down...

My sister and I stopped here for lunch while visiting Georgetown. We had a turkey wrap, absolutely delicious! Service was great and we liked the idea of a place where you can bowl and have a quality meal!

I wanted to wait a few months before writing this review. Needed to "cool down" a bit, with hopes my disappointment would subside. Pinstripes totally botched the Rehearsal Dinner that I hosted for my son's wedding. We had around 40 people, the separate Party Room was sufficient. They placed the food on the buffet table and that was basically it. A few food items they forgot, so we had to find them to inform them of it. The one server they assigned to our party rarely came back to check on us. We constantly had to search for server to take our drink order and other requests. We paid extra for a drink package that hardly got used. Our guests were not happy! Some actually went to the bar in the restaurant to pay for their beer and wine. Pinstipes really robbed us on that! Towards the end of the function, after many requests, the manager finally came in. He was apologetic and explained that was the best he could do with the staff he had. He offered us an extra bowling lane if it became available. He offered champagne to us as we were bowling. Sorry Pinstripes, the damage had already been done! I would not recommend this restaurant for any function, and I'm sure my guests wouldn't either. It's definitely not worth the money and especially the embarrassment.

They have such a wide variety of drinks and the food is great. It's the perfect place to relax. And the brunch buffet is...to die for.
