We have been using Pioneer for several vehicles for about 5 years or so. We have never been disappointed in their service, including warranty issues that helped us avoid driving off-island. They are honest, upfront, and care about the quality of their work. If there is something they can not do for whatever reason, they have referred us to the best option (for example, a tire issue they could not deal with - they referred us to Les Schwab). Business aside, it feels like small-town family whenever I walk in the door. I would recommend Doug and team any day!

Brought in my 1978 American Clipper motor home with hydro boost power brake and power steering issues, down the road in 30 mins without the financial surprise . Home town feeling and very professional. I highly recommend.

Doug alone is worth stopping by this great auto repair show!  He was clearly honest and upfront with us, in an emergency situation where our car had a failing fuel pump.  They got us in as soon as they could, did an assessment of the problem for only $90 - and then gave us options that were fair and reasonable.

SOooo happy we found them, b/c of their good reviews.  As an out of towner, it was a huge blessing to find someone we could trust and on such short notice.  Bravo Doug and Team Pioneer!  Definitely would refer you again and again to people.
