I have found this to be an excellent bank.  Their interest rates beat all other banks in Kerrville.  They are pleasant, accurate, and easy to get in touch with.  I never have to wait more than a few minutes to see a banker. I have moved monies in CDs from a much larger bank to Pioneer and have been very happy with their superior service.
