I wanna give a special shout out to pioneer bank in north Mankato. I have literally been there 3 times this week to figure out how to cash a check.. I wanna give a special shout out to teri and other staff there going above and beyond to serve there customers in a top tier fashion.. I will keep coming back to this bank. If anyone needs a bank account go see the staff at pioneer in north Mankato.. thank you so much for your help!

I love banking here... they are very helpful...It is a great bank to do all you banking at too....

Always friendly staff. Had no issues with my bank accounts over the years. But I've had the WORST luck trying to speak to loan officers. No one is ever at their desk, they take at least a day to call back even when I left my message at 9 am that morning. Doesn't really make me feel important or any sort of priority when i cant get anyone who wants to talk to me, even though I've been with them for years. Super frustrating.

A great bank to work with. Highly recommend!
