Dr. Binafard is the greatest. I have been coming to him for years. He has such a gentle touch and I love that he takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, if you have doubts regarding any procedure,  always make you feel at ease. The whole staff is awesome especially Amber and Milly. Thank you for the many years of such awesome service.

Pioneer Dental has been the worst Dental office I have ever visited. 
Even when I have an appointment they still make you wait 1-1 1/2 hours before they see you .
They have poor customer service , they are dirty and unprofessional. 
They charged my wife $500 to extract 1 tooth and supposedly did a deep cleaning and when we re visited after 6 months for a check up , they wanted to charge my wife $500 for a deep cleaning , after telling the doctor that we paid $500 the last time for a deep cleaning and a tooth extraction and now they want to charge $500 for just a deep cleaning , they said ok then we will give you a $25 discount , needless to say we walked out and never looked back .

I was a first time patient  with this office and I must say this place is TERRIBLE and unprofessional. First off they take you back an hour and a half  after your appt time. Second, the male assistant is extremely sloppy and talks about his party experiences that I had no concern about. He sucks at taking x-rays he had to do them 3 times because he wasnt able to get good views, which was super uncomfortable!!  The Dentist saw me for literally 5 min and seemed rushed. Nonetheless, the routine cleaning took about 10 min which normally has taken about 30 min. Amber the receptionit is HORRIBLE she does not show any care for pts and is very RUDE. I will NEVER be coming here again and most definately was a waste of time and do not recommend.

I went to four other dentists that advised me that they could not save  permanent teeth. Dr. Binafard advised me that he could not only save my teeth but also make them better than new. It took six visits and my teeth are amazingly perfect. His staff were extremely kind and professional and expedited all the paper work with my insurance company. Thank god for Dr. Binafard and Pioneer Dental.
