Receptionist was terrible, I couldn't even get an appointment set up because of her inadequacy. I'd rather find someone else than deal with such people.

The people are great. Expect to wait an hour past your appointment time before you see the doctor. Seriously, everytime.

Literally the worst experience of my life and I didn't even get to see a doctor. As someone who graduated from the piadric doctor I took me a very long time to find another doctor despite how wonderful my parents insurence was. As expected in this day and age everyone had a 2 month waiting period. I mistakenly chose pioneer to wait for. got there a few minutes late and the front desk younger lady with dark features and hair was completely rude and wouldn't let me be seen. I was in traffic from the 2 hours of rain we had after months of none.... I would hate to have a billing problem and have to deal with such unhelpful lazy staff. They wanted me to wait an additional 2 months to be seen. 

TAKE MY ADVICE - TAKE TIME TO WAIT FOR A DOCTORS OFFICE WHO TAKES TIME TO HIRE POLITE HELPFUL - GO OUT OF THEIR WAY STAFF OR THE DOCTORS OFFICE WILL DISAPPOINT YOU!

Waste of my gas and time. On goes my search for a new doctor to give my thousands of dollars worth of insurance to for the rest of my life. Treat your potential patients nicely, they tend to stay for years and years if you do that.

Best doctor L. Grande M.D. good effective, slow yet thorough. She cares enough to listen when it counts. Saved my life!!

I stopped seeing Dr. Johnson after I've been seeing him since I was 5 and I am now 24. I have been getting the same birth control script since I was 14. They supplied me with a 3 month supply and several refills. Once I have no more refills, they will not add more refills until I make an appointment to come in. I've been on the birth control for 10 years!! What would I need to come in and talk about?! Just fill my regular script like usual. I don't have the money to pay for a doctors visit to chat about whatever the hell they want to chat about. I am completely healthy. There is no need for me to make a doctors appointment, I just need my birth control. I swear they just want to get your money. So after my whole life of seeing one doctor, I will no longer return because of this. Very unhappy.
