This company is a complete rip off and customer service is  horrible.  I've never seen any company  asked to be paid before they even stepped into the house. they charge $255 to put out some boxes with bait, and $75 to rebate the boxes. we had a roof rat problem and we found out later that they put out the wrong bait and they were dying in the walls.  And they charge $120 per  Dead extraction.  When they came out to extract the dead ones  they would not go in the attic. All they tried to do was sell us a can of  deodorant  for $125.    When we went online to find this can of spray we found it for $19.  This company is one of the worst I  ever dealt with.  You have been warned do not use them.

Went to Do It Yourself Store for flea problem several years ago and PIP sold me the right products that allowed me to eliminate the fleas. They were nice enough to walk me thru all the steps of application thoroughly. The result was fantastic. They also turned me on to a safe pest control product for ants and mosquitoes. Recently, had termite infestation that they solved quickly and efficiently. Great people to do business with.

Awful company. Twice when I had lawn treatment service the technician drove up, put a sign out and drove off.  Didn't know I was watching out the window. My car wasn't in the driveway so they thought I wasn't home. Other times the bill was at the door but they never did the back yard because the gates were locked. I'd call and the technician said he was going to come back. Likely story. 
Rat bait service. Started out 6 baits in each trap container.  Then down to 4. Then to 1 Like 1 bait will  really do something. I canceled their service after that.

My wife and I went into the store nervous and frustrated about our roach problem, and left feeling confident and knowledgeable, ready to handle it. We spoke with Cheryl, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions and made my wife feel at peace about the whole thing, which is priceless in itself. Overall an incredibly positive experience, I definitely recommend them! I have to disagree with the poor reviews that some people have written, my experience was truly 5 stars, and I recommend PIP to anyone who has a pest problem. They will provide you with a service or the necessary products for you to DIY.

Don't ever use this company owner wouldn't even call me back !!! Termite came back twice after treatment ... no customer service what so ever ... I have moved on!!!
