There was a man sent to my apartment today to fix a busted water pipe. Almost immediately he insisted that we needed a new water heater. Being an electrical contractor and also working with my dad as an electrical contractor I new the water heater was in fare condition. When I asked why it needed to be replaced he said because the electrical wiring was sitting in water. Then after I explained that I'm an electrician he tried telling me since the water heater is so old it could burst when I asked what led him to that conclusion he began to start making off the wall stories. The point is this guy was persistent on offering a service that wasn't needed and if it was someone that wasn't knowledgeable about these kind of things this guy would have no problem praying on your ignorance.

Very fast service when i sewer line busted in my house. It could have been messy but they came to fix it before the problem spread
