I was disappointed when I found out I didn't make a reservation at the state park. The space was level but too close to others. However, The owner and the manager are extremely nice and helpful. I also saw we could have reserved other sites that would have suited us better. They have plans to expand and make roomier sites. If we go back to Pipestem we will certainly consider this campground again.

nice & quiet! beautiful scenery, full hookup, wifi, cable all in one great great price!! the staff was so nice & very helpful! definitely will be back!

A small quiet family owned campground just the perfect place to escape.

Owner is fine. Manager ( so called co owner ) is the lowest form of life that seal can walk erect. It is located on WV Rt#20 one of the most high volume roads around the traffic noise is never ending. If you parked alongside it you will fear for you and you family life at all times. There is no protection from vehicle flying and racing on the road . You have to drink well water even though there is city water available to the park. The roads are stone with dust in the air at all times you will be cleaning continues. The smell from there treatment pond fills the air .  They say there dog friendly as long as you dog never relieves them selves There is no place to walk then unless you like hiking through bug infested swamp . I gave it a one 🌟 because there is nothing lower.

Peaceful, pull through rv full hook up, and tent camping. Off the beaten path. Super friendly service.
