I had been insured for over 20 years with another agent from Farmers who retired, who referred me to Pippa. This is for my condo insurance. Pippa did not contact me and my condo insurance was not renewed. It seems like a phone call or a letter from her Agency should have been made. When I called, she did not care at all. I could have researched and found anotther agent and had insurance. This irresponsibility on their party left me uncovered for the first time ever. She definitely does not deserve to be given accounts because she has no follow through.

I have been a loyal customer of Pippa Wiley's agency for almost ten years now. Until this point, I had not needed to make any claims on my account either for home or auto. We have all our insurance policies with Pippa. During the month of February I got into a small fender bender. The first accident I have ever been involved in. The following Monday I made a claim, only to find out they are refusing to pay on my claim. Saying that since I was a few days late making my January payment, I was actually canceled (of course, no one notified me there was a problem!!!!!). However, even though the payment was late, they still accepted my monies towards the Jan. payment. According to the bill I was paying for Jan 17-Feb 18th. My accident was on Feb 13th! Leaving me completely insured for several more days. They are being really shady and are not doing the right thing! Pippa is refusing to help me in any way. Saying that I need to talk to Farmers, they will not be able to help me. Don't let this happen to you too! Do not use this agency!! They will not honor your claims either!!
