Poor communication.... won't return calls always too busy too listen to your concerns.

Unfurtunatelly the procedures that are follow at this Office and Personal are less than poor.

To get you in, you are the only client and calls get connected right away , when you sign the contract to represent you, everything changes unfortunately. You must be calling over and over and not straight answers for your case.

Sign in with this firm Feb 25/13 and by March 12/13,  over two and half weeks and not an straight response. the classic will contact you later today or tomorrow as the person who is handling your case is either away, vacation or in court representing another client, dont expect a follow up call after leaving messages with Operator.

I'm against poor customer service and that is what I got.
I do not recommend this law firm to anyone.

not a good one at all. very poor service and extremely rude staff. It takes few dozen phone calls to get to someone.
