I shop here every time I drive through Pismo, because of Dress Barn. Good outlet stores, mall clean & well maintained, bathrooms clean & functional, usually parking available close in, and the shoppers & store personnel as a whole are friendly and courteous. A very nice shopping experience.

Not bad but very small. They need to update their set of stores. There just isn't enough to make me come back, unless I needed some shoes or a purse. There wasn't much selection for anything else.

An outstanding mix of shops and great parking with access to and from the 1, and ever has an As Seen on TV shoo with everything you've seen at one place.

Outdoor shopping mall of outlet stores is clean and well maintained. Van Huesen is my favorite and great prices. Dress Barn now has plus sizes, petites, shoes and jewelry.

Has decent shops such as vans, bass, nike, nine west, etc. Made a stop here as I was driving from Santa Barbara back to Sacramento. Sacramento has better outlets nearby but Pismo will do for the area it is in. Not the best but not the worst either.
